Good lighting: Shoot exclusively in natural light or with professional lighting.

The focus should be on the model: Shoot in a quiet environment; there shouldn’t be too much going on around them that could be distracting.

Find a suitable setting: for example, a soccer field if the video is about soccer. The more authentically the setting matches the scene, the more genuine it will look.

Show as much of your personality as possible. Give the child the chance to speak freely—there’s no such thing as making a mistake. This often comes across as funnier and more authentic than a scripted performance.
